COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Hindbær Skum er brygget i en meget begrænset mængde, men med en stor portion Hindbær. Hindbær Skum er baseret på en lys Belgisk ale, tilsat hindbær samt brettanomyces bruxellensis gær til en sekundær gæring. Hindbær Skum har en flot rød farve og har en aromatisk duft. Det er en forfriskende øl med et syrligt anslag fra hindbær og brettanomyces gæren. Bør nydes kold.
