Bottle. Pours a hazy and brown beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel, sweetness and spices. The flavor is following the nose. The palate is sweetness with notes of alcohol. Overall a beer just below average, mostly due to the spices.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, christmasspices, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, sewer notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, spicy, peppery, messy and discordant. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110315]

Pours nice, light hazy red-amber. Medium, staying, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is spicy, raisins, chocolate sweetness, light Belgian sugars, good liqourice notes. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and elegant mouthfeel. Mild sweet flavour, Belgian sugar, light milky chocolate, coriander, cardemum, mild oranges. Quite elegant and well-balanced Christmas beer.
