Bottle. pours cloudy golden with a big white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, fruitiness and some herbal hops. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some sour notes, herbal hops and lemon. Medium body, lively carbonation.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A rather unclear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is very milky, with pale malts, some notes of spices and citrus. Milky, fruity flavor with some citrus and bitterness. Medium body, quite heavily carbonated. The finish is the best part of this beer, well, at least some parts of the finish, as the bitterness is very pleasant. Some sweetness all the way. Definitely not my choice of beer, and it also seems lightly milkysour. 130510

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, orange, sugar some sourness and coriander. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours murky yellow with a large, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has citrus, light wheat, sweet honey. Highish carbonation, rather thin mouthfeel. Flavour has quite a bit of rubber, honey, sweet wheat and quite a bit of bitter citrus. Quite unbalanced.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, with a creamy finger thick head. Aroma is zesty coriander, honey and yeast. Medium body, and quite lively carbonation. Flavour is sour yeast, with a not too good sweetly malt, as well as some smoke and herbs, all contributing to a strange finish.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, earthy, rubber - plastic, honey. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, honey sweet, citrus, tart, spicy, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. [20120829]

DØE festival, DK. Tap, 120512. Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of wheat and spices. Flavour with honey and wheat.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Week citrus notes. light bitter strange flavpr. Cross between honny and citrus is not good. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Wit-biers are difficult. Adding honey dosn’t improve it. Golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, Odd aroma, sharp notes. Flavor starts light sweet, then acid, sharp hops. Syrupy texture and faint lactic acid.
