Bottle at Valhal, Frederikssund. Unclear brwon colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of fruit, roasted malt, spice and caramel.

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Dark chestnut brown color. Sweetish nutty, perfumed and fruity aroma with cola. Very nutty flavor with some roasted bread, berries and meat broth.

Pours a clear and dark brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is malt, caramel, sweetness and burned notes. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness with some bitterness. Overall an average beer.

Bottle at Valhal 2012. Clear orange-brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma medium malty (caramel, roasted, notes of licorice and spices). Flavor medium sweet and bitetr. Medium body.

Cloudy colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma is fruity and malty with spicy notes. Flavor is sweet fruit with dried fruits and again some spicy notes. Fine christmasbeer indeed.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear orangey brown with a creamy beige head. Sweet fruity bonbonish nose with a roasty edge. Medium body, dry roast, some licorice, a little spice and a dry finish. Really like the dryness and roast combined. 230112

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Roasted dark malty, yeasty and light caramelish. Bitter and dark roasted finish. Dark malty finish.

Bottled. A dark red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, bread, caramel, and spices, as well as hints of smoke, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
