COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Served an almost clear golden with an off-white head. Hops dominates the aroma with pine, resin and a little grapefruit, but there’s also some heavy malts giving it a touch of beefstock. The aroma goes in the same direction, giving it a quite bitter finish with piney and resiny flavors. Mediium to full body. The beer is quite good, but it’s tending towards being one-dimentional. I’d like it with a fuller body and a more pronounced maltyness. Sure nice though. (080229)

Flaske. Dejlig.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with very longlasting head. I was told this one was more hoppier than the former batches. Nice grass and citrus in the aroma and flower garden in the mouth. Good mouthfull.

Bottled. Hazy amber with a low tan-coloured foam. Dark bread, flowers, straw, dark berries and grass in the strong but unrefined aroma. Grass, caramel, bread and citric fruit in the flavour. Medium bitter finish of grass, dark bread, metal and grapefruit. Decent IPA

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, lively carbonation, huge fluffy off-white head, sweet fruitiness and very distinctive aromatic hops in the aroma; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, smooth; first sweetish, later dryish aromatic hoppy finish. First class stuff........
