100ml, from a bottle at Ølfestival København 13. Muddy, grey-orange coloured body. Aromas of grassy hops and citrus. Half-dry lemony hops in flavour added by subdued malty sweetness and followed by dry and bitter citrus shells to the finish. Medium bodied. On par with the style, more or less (Copenhagen, 25.05.2013).

Pours copper color with a large head. Aroma of floral hops, exotic fruits and caramel malts. Flavor of resiny hops, exotic fruits, grass, some caramel and goose berries. Crisp and nice hop profile, very nice.

Hoppy, yeasty aroma, spruce, apricot, canned peas, malt, caramel.
Dry, medium body, medium to high bitterness, balance CO2.
Yeasty taste. Loads of yeast, as a matter of fact. Malt, hops, apricot, spruce. Unbalanced and phenolic.

50cl bottle at Olympen, Oslo. Pours deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Fruity and malty aroma with hops, tropical fruits, citrus and a hint of pine. Some roasty notes. Quite well balanced. Fruity and malty with a nice bitterness. Citrus and spices in the finish and aftertaste. (2012-07-30)

ersma: ein weiteres exemplar aus der unglaublich fleißigen brauerei. dutzende sorten scheint es zu geben. mein besuch im dänischen getränkemarkt meines vertrauens füllte einen halben einkaufswagen mit produkten der brauerei, die mir letztes jahr noch gar nicht aufgefallen war.
bernsteinfarben, dunklere nummer. viel stabiler schaum.
der geruch ist bitter-hopfig, grasig mit aromen von grapefruit, passionsfrucht und kräutern.
der antrunk ist recht bitter, hat aber auch süßliche komponenten, die schnell deutlicher werden. herbe kräuter, grapefruit und harz. die mite wird dann wieder bitterer und herber, der abgang gehört dem hopfen. es bleibt aber ein süßliches fundament, das sich im späten ende auch noch verstärkt. zu den bereitzs erwähnten aromen gesellt sich hier honigmelone.
flasche: zeigt ein wikingerschiff, was einer gewissen ironie nicht entbehrt.
fazit: ein ipa des modernen stils. ausgewogen und überzeugend. probierenswert.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2012, TAP1. Pours a hazy and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt and hops with citrus, peach and grapefruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitterness. Overall an average beer.
