Bottle. It’s a reddish brown beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. More or less clear. Some alcohol notes, caramel, dried fruits and a touch of spices in the aroma. Licorice hints too. The flavor feels a bit sweet, with roasted notes, caramel, dried fruits and some sugar. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Sweet, caramel finish. A nice one indeed, although not so very Christmasy in my book. 121110
