Bottle at the DISOB tasting, Den Haag. Poured a deep mahogany with a thin glass hugging tan head. The aroma is big creamy, earthy and coffee. The flavour is smooth, medium bitter and creamy. A superb beer.

Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Pitch black pour, tan head. Aroma of coffee, ash, burnt malts, very roasted and some licorice. Flavor is bitter roasted and pretty full bodied for the abv. Nice and impressive brew.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). More or less black colour, small brown head. Aroma is coffee, nuts nad mild roast and that’s about it. Flavour is coffee, ashes, quite dryish and mild coffee burn as well.

Medium dark brown head. Opaque black body. Roasty chocolatey
coffee aroma with earthy notes. Dry roasty coffee taste with
burnt earthy notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild, flat mouthfeel.
Dry earthy burnt coffee aftertaste with dark wood and mineral
notes. A bit earthy and austere for my tastes, could use a bit
more sweetness. (0.33l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Bottle. Pours jet black with a medium brown head. The aroma is hard roasted malt, grinded coffee beans and light chocolate. The flavour is a nice mix of fresh coffee beans and hard roasted malt. Bitter malty, light hoppy finish.

Botle, 33 cl. Light black with a slight reddish hue and very small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malty with light coffee notes. Fruity. Thin body, smooth texture, strange vicosity, dry roast with a tiny acidic note in the finish. Bland. Not impressed.

Pours a dark brown, almost black colour with a beigeish head. Aroma of roasted malts, espresso and some milk chocolate notes. Flavour of roasted malts, milk chocolate, espresso and some grassy hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, thin mouthfeel and a dry, coffee, malty finish. Good but a bit thin.
