Bottle. Pours a daek brown color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel aroma with some hints of licorice. Sweetish roasted malty caramel and licorice flavor. Has a sweetish roasted malty finish with hints of licorice in the aftertaste.

Bottle at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Dark brown - offwhite head. Sweetness, roasted, licorice, berries, fruity, caramel, yeasty, powerfull yeasty - I very much like licorice, but this is a bit too much - where is the beer !!!

Bottle. Nice caramel, hop and liquorice aroma. Cloudy brownish color with a fast disappearing white head. The flavor is caramel with notes of spices, hops and liquorice. Nice long lasting liquorice palate. Not bad

flavor is licorice, herbs, sweetness. qutite strong, slight bitterness in the end.

Hazy brownish with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with liquerice candy notes. Sweet flavour with loads of liquerice, spices and malty notes. Finished sweet with caramel notes. A bit pastice like. My old love.

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of licorice and some caramel. The flavor is extremely sweet with very strong notes of English licorice, a bit too much for me, also light notes of roasted malt. Thanks Joergen for sharing.
