Black colour with almost no head.
Delicious sweet liquorice, mild coffee, roasted malt, some cough medicine and mild hops in aroma. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, cough medicine and bitterish hops. Rich and full. I like this allthough it’s not that liquoricy. Rigtig lækker!

Black. Has a light brown head, mostly diminishing. Aroma is lots of coffee, light laqurice, then more coffee, and more laqurice. Soft laqurice. Flavor is heavy sweet. Light bitter finish. Creamy texture.

Bottle.
Black with a nice tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, "ash", licorice, chocolate and some light fruitiness. Quite pleasant to drink with a nice aftertaste.

Bottle. Black body with a small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, liquorice, caramel.. Flavor is english liqourice, roasted malt, light alcohol notes.

Pours black as black is with huge brown head leaving nice lacing. Nice aroma of coffee, liqorice, roasted malts, dark bread and some nutty tones. Full bodied sweet roasted malty mouthfeel, fantastic. Flavor is so good, sweet dark fruits, liqorice, roasted malts, alcohol, mmmm. Slightly acidy sweet and velvety lean palate, Finishes with a very nice tart bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Stort skum, len och snäll lakritsdoft. Smaken är större och innehåller en stark men trevlig lakritston, halvtjock och trevlig för att vara en “lätt” porter.

Bottle. Black colour with a white head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice and a bit of fruitiness. Roasted and sweet flavor with notes of licorice, toffee chocolate, coffee. Roasted and salty finish that also gets more bitter after a while. Smooth carbonation. Flavorful and rather full-bodied porter.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2012 Black, big porous brown head. Aroma is waxed tablecloth and car tires and licorice. Just a bit burnt. Taste is nice and smooth with a sweet and long lingering liqourice taste with some chocolate underneath. A hint of coffee in the aftertaste. Nice.

Bottled:
Pours a dark brown colour with a large and foamy head. Aroma is roasted malt, liquorice and a little bit of smoke. Flavour is roasted malt, ash and charcoal. Bitter finish with notes of sweet liquorice. A well balanced and pleasant porter.

Bottle. Black with a large, foamy brown head. Aroma: metallic, roasted malt, pretty thin at first, more licorice once it gets warmed up. Taste: roasted malt, chocolate, sweet licorice taste that grows as the beer warms, some acidity and salt. The finish has even more licorice. Medium body with some fizziness. A tasty, drinkable porter with a twist.
