Danish: Nelson Sauvin er navnet på en New Zealandsk humle som har en utrolig karakter af citrus og grape, hvilket gør at denne øl fremstår utrolig frisk og lækker.

Bottled @ CBF 2010. The aroma is fruity and grassy. Clear, pale yellow coloured beer with a bit off-white head. The taste is bitter and has some red fruits, grass and aprikot. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice!

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, citrus, cat piss. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
