Danish: Nelson Sauvin er navnet på en New Zealandsk humle som har en utrolig karakter af citrus og grape, hvilket gør at denne øl fremstår utrolig frisk og lækker.

Pour is clear pale yellow-golden with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is lovely fruity hops, light piney, light citric. Highish carbonation, dry and elegant mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of well-balanced hoppy bitterness. Oranges, plant sap, citric, mild metallic edge. Highly drinkable.

Bottled @ CBF 2010. The aroma is fruity and grassy. Clear, pale yellow coloured beer with a bit off-white head. The taste is bitter and has some red fruits, grass and aprikot. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice!

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, floral nose with notes of peaches, citrus, grapefruit, grass and floral hops. Fruity, slightly malty taste with peaches, citrus peel, grapefruit, grass, biscuits, hints of toast and a distinct, but rather gentle, bitterness with citric/grassy hop flavours. Medium body, fairly dry. Tasty, nice and highly drinkable.

Bottle. Pours out in a hazy golden colour topped with a rich sticky white head. Dryish hop aroma of grapefruit and grass with notes of gooseberries, kiwi, peaches and dried apricots. Medium-bodied with floral and fruity hop notes of grapefruit, lemon-zest, orange-peels, grass and gooseberries. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bitter dryish finish of grass and blond grapefruit.
