Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is crisp. A little malt cream and minerals. Light hops, orange and a trace of lemon. Whisper of dry grass. Finishes airy and dry. Not bad but the hops are little light.

Bottle at Gaasa, june 2012. Hazy golden to orange body, creamy white head. Aroma is malty with flowery and spicy hop notes. Interesting hop that I’m not too familiar with. Taste is citric with caramel and more of the spicy side of this hop. A bit thin body, good bitterness, an enjoyable beer

Bottle at Gaasa, Oslo. Pale golden, hazy, stable white head. Good spicy hop nose followed by potent bitter flavours. An American-style noble hops pale ale from Denmark!

12,10,9,9,12,9 - 9,60 - 9/7/12

Bottle from a shop in Copenhagen. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a white head. Mild and fruity smell and taste. A bit to mild but otherwise a nice APA.

Sample from Arve_Christian’s 50cl bottle at Gaasa. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with yeast, citrus and pale malt. Lightly sweet and quite citric with a bitter finish. Aftertaste of grapefruit. Quite refreshing.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Lovely clear golden with a big, staying, frothy white head. Really nice-looking for something from such a small brewery. Aroma has fresh hoppiness, that slight mineral or chalky note from the palisade on top of roses and oranges. Light peppery. Some sweet caramel malts. Medium to low carbonation, light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has good hoppy dryness, light chalk again, red apples, oranges, floral. Quite elegant and fresh.

Light amber cloudy body with an everlasting white head that leaves plenty of lacing on my glass. A very unusual aroma for an APA: apples, yeast and mild spices. Light sweet taste, light acidic and light bitter. The flavours are as uncharacteristic as the aroma: apple, yeast, spices, caramel and some acidic citric notes. Quite Belgian, in my book. Medium to light body with quite lively carbonation, and a pleasant dry finish. A very nice ale.

Orange coloured and unclear. Has a white head, medium duration. Nice hoppy aroma, herbs, grass, hay. Real good flavor, more hoppy notes, some sweetness, heavy bitter finish. Dry texture and soft carbonation.
