Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, spices, and a bit of caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense and lacing off-white head. Fruity, fresh and lightly citrusy aroma. Medium body, an initial sweet fruitiness, pineappley almost and then a solid hop bite. Not the most sophisticated hop Palisade, but alright. 080512

Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is crisp. A little malt cream and minerals. Light hops, orange and a trace of lemon. Whisper of dry grass. Finishes airy and dry. Not bad but the hops are little light.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Lovely clear golden with a big, staying, frothy white head. Really nice-looking for something from such a small brewery. Aroma has fresh hoppiness, that slight mineral or chalky note from the palisade on top of roses and oranges. Light peppery. Some sweet caramel malts. Medium to low carbonation, light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has good hoppy dryness, light chalk again, red apples, oranges, floral. Quite elegant and fresh.
