Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thick dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of roasted malt - reminding me more of a stout than a Schwarzbier. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hard roasted malt, leading to a very bitter and roasted finish. More like a stout.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2009 Bottle at KØ09. Roasted aroma. Black colour. Small stable brown head. The mouthfeel is thin like a Schwarzbier. But not much else resembles the style.
