Nice really nice Christmas beer. 10,5 alkohol. This beer is really powerful and i think it can be store for many years. Nice belgian style and very complex. I hope there is a new Vintage in 2010. I only have one bottle left.

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle.
Pours perfectly clear, deep red with a head that’s initially fizzy. But it stays as a fine, frothy, off-white head. Brilliant Christmas-y aroma. Raisins, cinnamon, anise, raspberries, yeast, coriander, cloves, caramel. Highish carbonation, great mouthfeel. Velvety yet lively. Flavour is really great as well. Raisins, plums, nuts, roasted malts, chocolate, coriander. Caramel, yeast, a bit of peach. Light vinious. Lightly warming aftertaste with coriander, chocolate and slight port notes. Really a very, very good Belgian style beer. Actually very, very, very good.
