Bottled. Cloudy pale orange, creamy head. Papery citric nose. Medium sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. No banana esters, cardboard takes it’s place...

Swing top bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Skimmed milk and pineapple in the aroma. Thinnish. Milky flavor with some tartness. Citrus and pineapple notes.

Feinporiger Schaum über bernsteinheller Farbe. Das Detmolder Weizen riecht fruchtig-bananig und hat Anflüge von Marzipan. Säuerlicher Geschmack, dünn und ein trockener Abgang. Dieses Weizen ist zwar süffig und leicht trinkbar. Geschmacksmäßig jedoch viel zu sauer und weit hinter den süddeutschen Kandidaten rangierend. Muffiger Antrunk, der so gar nicht zu einem Weizen passt. Trocken holzig, gummiartig, dabei bitter und wenig attraktiv. Weiterhin sehr trocken, herb, aromanarm. Schlecht. 9/2/2/2/8/2

TVery cloudy, light orange, yellow. Large fine-pored head. Fruity, yeasty smell. Starts yeasty, fruity, To the center part, a fruity note comes through, and the Weizen gets a little sour, what brings some additional freshness.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.
Hazy medium grey orange color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Hazy pale amber with. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat and banana notes. Flavour had wheat, yeast and bananas. Finished dry.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma of bananas with notes of butter. Sweet flavour of malts and bananas with notes of cardboard. Sweet finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry phenolic and estery. Dry estery and wheaty flavoured. Mild spiced and wheaty into the finish. Dry and estery finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with a white head. Sweet banana aroma with some yeast. Medium body, heavy carbonation, banana and yeast with a dry and phenollic edge. 090410

Pours a hazy honey gold with thick white head. Aromai is cracked wheat, earthiness and citrus fruit. Flavor is wheat with lemon undertones. Body is light yet creamy with high carbonation.
