Pailhead (6015) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - SEP 2, 2011
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap: The aroma consists of light honey, grass, and a touch of floral notes. It pours a transparent gold with a small soapy white head that quickly fades to a thin film. The flavor starts with a quick dose of sweet honey and a hint of grain. The finish is moderately grassy with a hint of floral notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, a tad sweet and a little more fuller bodied than I prefer my Pilsners.
