3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Would proboly beter in a Wheat glass. I enjoyed the complex flavor. Big taste of wheat, clove, bannana, and more than I can detect. The waitress stated that it had a higher alcohol content but I would guess that 4.5% is accurate

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2005 Hazy golded-yellow. Good thick white head that is actually creamy. Aroma of lemon, lots of bubblegum, some clove and banana. This has the best bubble gum ester flavor of any hefe I’ve had. It is subtle and comes out strong on the very end of the finish. Not sweet, just good. Clove adds just the right amount of spice, while the beer is medium bodied at the least. Fluffy, big mouthfeel, some complexity of citrus, hops, bubblegum and some herbal notes goin on. Very solid beer. No wateriness. More dry than sweet, which is my preference on these. Could use a touch more sweetness though.
