Bottle. Pours orange / golden. Overfoamed, but prolly due filthy glassware. Overall sweet malty beer. Spicy tingling palate but rather dull in aroma’s and flavors.

Bottle: A bit hazy, deeo golden, visible carbonation, small lasting white layer; moderate sweet-fruity (orangey), a bit sugary, nose; moderate sweet-tart flavour, medium bodied; a tinge of warming brandy in the sweet and slight tart finish. A heavy brew, but not very complex.............

250 ml bottle courtesy of Sigmund. A noisy, snowy white, two-finger lasting head upon a foggy, pale orangey-golden body. Limited but pleasant aroma of sweetish fruits and yeast. Sweet-flavored. A bubblegum-ish fruitiness in the lead. Also some yeasty notes and a touch of spices and alcohol. Well-bodied. Oily mouthfeel. Yeasty (lots of sediments) and soft fruity ending. A pretty good one.

25 cl bottle at home - thanks to Sigmund. Golden copper color with big sediments in the bottom of the bottle. Big creamy white head. Aroma is typical Belgian; yeast and fruit. Flavor is sugar sweet, malty, with yeast, fruit, spices and a little hint of sourness. Fine carbonation. A nice tripel.

Bottle, 25cl. Thx to Sigmund. A lively carbonation giving a huge, firm and creamy white head. Big chunks floates in the orange-golden body. Fruity nose with a little yeasty and slightly smoked hint. Sweetish and fruity too, with some herbal notes. Quite sweet on the palate, white sugar sweet, fruity too, with pear and apple coming to mind. Rather dry in the finiish with some coriander and a genereous fruityness. The beer is a bit too sweet, but quite tasteful and hides the alcohol well. Hard to avoid the big chunks of protein or yeast when pouring, which pulls down the appearance score. (090210)

Light golden color with a small white head. Coriander and lemon are the dominate aromas. Taste is mainly of coriander...not very complex. Strong carbonation.

250ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Clear muted gold, small brief head, few UFOs. Initial aroma is very fruit estery, apple and pear quite clear. However, sweet malts soon back that up, and with a pleasant little bite of hops - very belgian. With some yeast, aroma more winey, or even cognacky. However, the taste becomes a touch more gluey and papery. The hops are also a touch more muted. Carbonation is quite lively, and the body is quite crisp. The finish is nicely hopped. Nothing spectacular, but certainly mostly very tasty.

Bottle 25cl. Pours a clear golden colour with almost no head, but has great carbonation! Smell is very bubbly, very sweet and clear. Taste is also bubbly and sweet, almost bubblegum. Also has a touch of alcohol in it. Goes down very warm.
