Dec 16, 2004 [Vintage 1992 - sampled 2004] A hazy orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, dust, peach, and oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt and fruit - especially peach. The alcohol runs burning over the tongue and in the throat - and still the body is surprisingly thin for an 8% ABV beer.

May 26, 2002 Sampling of the 1990 version in 2002: Pale amber, no head. Fruity aroma. Malty, sweet and mature. Short, slightly dusty flavour. Good, but probably over the hill agewise.

Aug 17, 2004 Orangey-gold colour. Loads of fruit - banana, melon, some phenols. Very sweet, candyish flavour, maybe some mapley notes. Almost flat (1992 vintage).

Apr 1, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with a crisp white head. Sweet and wheaty aroma with a light spice note. Medium body. Flavour is light sweet and with a caramel note. Light wheaty flavour with a light fruity tone.
