Bottled. Clear golden color, frothy head, highly carbonating. Aroma is grassy, slight cheesy, spicy of ginger and clove, quite off-balance. Taste is grassy as well, bit dry, way too sparkling. For the amount of money you pay for a bottle, you can buy so much better stuff.

Bottled. Aroma is quite spicy with clove, cinnamon and ginger. It also has some grass and apple. Clear golden coloured with a medium white head. Taste is sweet with some apple, all the spices again. It is way too sparkling, which hides the actual taste. These bottles are so expensive and it is such a below average beer. You only pay for the bullshit posh appearance. The temperature/time table on the little card that comes with the bottle is really a big laugh. Bosteels should not do this.

(75 cl bottle from Ssyetmbolaget) Vintage 2006. Pours clear golden to copper golor, big white fluffy head. Yeasty, spicy acidic scent, also alcohol. Very sweet taste, spicy aftertaste. Spritzy big mouthfeel, alcohol aftertaste. Warming alcohol feeling. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Interesting spice and yeast aroma. I picked up some cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and a hint of cut flowers. Pours dark yellow with a big bright white head. Sweet malt on the palate permiated by intense carbonation. Like others have said, good, but not $25 good.

All of these Champagne beers are good, but like the others I have had, Deus is not $25 good. The aroma has light alcohol and yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, and as a very high quality beer, the alcohol is expertly hidden. A slightly cloudy gold appearance. Very heavily carbonated. Yeast and fruit in the finish.

Pours a clear dark gold, with noisy white head. The nose is honey, floral, wheat, and coriander, with other complex scents I can pin down. The flavor is sweet as well with a complex and well balanced following of the aroma. A treat of and ale.

Bottle. Dark yellow with a medium ring of bubbles. Very active CO2. Nose-coriander, steak seasoning, wheat. Taste-ultra sharp CO2, coriander, unsweet apple juice, CO2 so high that it burns, champagne, white grape, chardonnay notes, floral/perfume, lemon zest, sweet on the back end, white pepper. Way over priced for the quality that you get.

Bottle. Pours a lovely golden colour and the intense carbonation leaves a nice white head. Aroma is nutty / marzipan / slightly peppery too. Taste is sweet but acidic too, great medium body. This is one to stock up on.
