Pulita e Amabile un ottima birra per serate tranquille all’insegna dei sapori morbidi e delicati.
Al palato si presenza senza eccessi e al naso è delicata e piena.
Dal sapore pieno e non molto persistente

Bottle to tulip. Interesting aroma containing notes of spiciness, lemon, orange peel, and a little bit of pepper. Very interesting nose. Pretty complex and very pleasing. Golden pour with a huge white head. It drinks smooth with a sweetness to it. It finishes a bit boozy, but its too be expected at 11.5%
I went in on a bottle with some friends. A good experience, but I probably wouldn’t buy one on my own.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 portableparty (1189) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 16, 2011
Bottle (Thanks to the Wife for this one!) Pours clear golden yellow with a strong carbonation like bubbly. Aroma is strong pepper and spice with a faint fruitiness in the background. Taste is citrus fruit and pepper spice with a dry warming finish. Palate is thin and very fizzy with again a dry warming finish. Not bad, but would not personally go out and buy this one!

Shared bottle @RBNAG-11. Bright pale gold. Low dense off-white head. Fresh, sweetish piney, sharp herbal, eucalyptus-like aroma. Taste is dry and crisp malty. Spicy and herbal with a certain palate cleansing antringency. Very nice! Sparkling tiny-bubbled, champagne-like carbonation. Feels light in the mouth, yet a beer with good complexity and depth. Warming, dry and spicy ending. A great beer experience.

Bottle as in picture. Poured into flute, forming a big head and showing a crisp golden colour. Well carbonated, aroma of fresh grains and some malts. Flavour has the tingling of champagne and the bitterness of beer. Great combination between the two, and it works out great. Nice

Glass from a really drunk and generous French guy at Brewberry - thanks Jeremy. Poured light yellow/caramel with a thin white head. Clean, subtle aroma of light clove, spice, and clean malt. Taste followed the aroma with a light prickle from the carbonation. Easy drinker.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 teorn88 (739) - Rimini, ITALY - NOV 16, 2011
75cl bottle. Pours a pale golden colour with a big fizzy white head. Really champagne like, probably a bit too intensely coloured. Aroma is floral and very spicy, peppery. Lightly grainy. Taste is difficult to decypher, definitely the spiciness again, really peppery, again floral and grassy notes, some light sweetness too balanced and almost masked by a dry sensation in the mouth. This beer is definitely unique and nothing like anything I ever tasted before. A success? Not 100% to me. Interesting, but nothing I’ll go out of my way to try again given the price point. Note: I anjoyed the first glass as indicated (around 2°- 4° celsius) and was quite tasty nevertheless, masking completely the alcohol.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 baart (25) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - NOV 12, 2011
champagne like heavy tripel. Very alcoholic, you can feel it in your throat when you put your nose in the glas. Foam quickly vanishing but quite some co2 in it. no lacing at all.
