Aroma: Very sweet, vine fruity, saison-like, some lemon.
Appearance: Clear, light yellow color. Huge, quickly disappearing, white head.
Taste: Very sweet, spicy.
Palate: Medium-full body. Very fizzy carbonation. Astringent, light warm finish.
Overall: Very interesting, unusual, champagne-beer.

Wysycenie wysokie, wytrawne, pijalne, rześkie, goryczka szlachetna niezbyt wysoka.

Biondo paglierino fortemente carbonato con fragile schiuma bianca. Pungente e speziata al naso, presenta note fruttate e maltate ma ricorda un vino brut. Gusto dolciastro, acidulo, asciutto, secco; corpo medio e struttura setosa. Buona!

Bottle at Cafe Rose Red, 28th October 15. Looked classy in a champagne glass, lots of bubbles. The aroma is spice, yeast, intriguing. Taste is spicey, smooth, good yeast and complexity. Really liked this

Wan greenish blonde with fluffy white head. very lively carbonation, honey, fruity quite harsh, sweet and too much carbonation. Corriander, yeast esters, boozy, not my thing.

Pale sun yellow with a fine poring white head. Aromas of overripe muscat grapes, some funk, farmhouse, citrus and gingerbread notes light earthy, ripe peach, pretty complex. Tangy, slick texture and rather full bodied. Sweet muscat grape flavours with notes of fruity esters, gingerbread and faint even hidden toast notes developing a light dry bitterness at the far back of the palate. Lasting sweet sparkling dessert wine finish. Complex throughout hiding its alcohol well.

1/14/2007 1:28:19 AM Bottle at home with Trine, Scott and Chris. Very much like champagne, complete with huge foamy head and served into champagne glasses, then mellows into a nice beer. Spicy and fruity, taste of pears. Most extraordinary. Bitter finish.

Bottle, pale gold with a fine head, funky faintly fruity nose, dry-sweet and bitter, with clean farmhouse notes. Lovely.

sweet but nourishing. a classic beer, hoppy, sour, velvety texture. crisp on the finish and voluptuous in the mouth.
