750ml bottle, vintage 2002. Pours clear golden in color with full foam white head which last thru-out, heavy carbonation. Aroma is sweet, yeasty and citrus. Taste is sweet and yeasty with clean finish. The no alcohol taste for a beer at 11.5% but you will feel it. Oustanding BSA.

Bought by a stranger at the Thirsty Munk and shared with the bar--thanks again. Beautifully presented in champagne flutes, golden with tiny bubbles and light head. Floral spice aromas and flavors of anise, cloves, honey--well balanced and elegant. A memorable and impressive experience.

Pours a clear dark gold, with noisy white head. The nose is honey, floral, wheat, and coriander, with other complex scents I can pin down. The flavor is sweet as well with a complex and well balanced following of the aroma. A treat of and ale.

Awesome beer! Pours with towering airy head (used stemmed flute). Tones of fine carbonation keep the head alive. Smells like lemons, spring meadow. Taste is malt and lots of astringent hops. This is a beauty of a beer, and can be popped like champagne for a celebration!

Clear light gold, looking for all the world like a lager of some sort, very unassuming. Nose is absolutely fascinating, bit lemony with banana and mango. Had a flashback to high school, suddenly reminded me of swilling Sun Country wine coolers with its sugary fruitiness. Yes, those beverages were foul, but there was this girl named Tabitha and . . . well, that's not important, but it's Sun Country wine coolers in a good way. Anyways, all those scents with strawberry, cherry, taffy, fascinating nose. Flavor starts cidery, sharp, tart, and dry. Is somewhat wit-esque with spiciness, some gloves. Palate is very tight and bubbly. Darn enjoyable stuff.

Corked and caged Cuvee Prestige 2002 bottle pours a bright golden orange with a huge foamy off white head that leaves a sticky lacing in my glass. Aromas of ginger bread, lemons and spices, fruity pear spicy ginger, nutmeg, cloves and pepper flavors. Full bodied with a super carbonated tingling mouthfeel, finishes spicy, alcohol well hidden. Defiantly worth a try even at the $23.99 price tag.

Champagne bottle(750ml) aged 2004. -I’m not a (big) wine fan, and even less I like the champagne, but this beer-champagne is excellent. Pale golden coloured, little white airy head, very sparkling, pleasant fruity nose, fruity and spicy flavor. Nicely harmonized barley and yeast with bubbling wine. Exquisite aperitif, with only objection on the price, which is about 20 euro.

bottle from toronado... well more like just a glass from a bottle from there... wasnt into paying $30 just to try it, sour peaches and cream scented, very lightly colored - looked exactly like the picture to the left, after a sip i didnt know what this was... - after a couple more i finally was able to regain my grips, effervescently spiced with anise and a dash of floral citrus added to a crisp sharp sweet alcohol burst, was served very cold and did sweeten up a bit after it warmed some.. this was a work of beauty
