COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-style wheat beer is light and effervescing, a classic refresher. Unmalted wheat, Belgian yeast strain and the use of corriander and orange peel combine to make a true style whitbier

Light hazed straw color with light white head and lace. Aroma of light citrus and corriander. Corriander dominates with a light hinto lemony. Light bodied with good carbonation. Smooth and refreshing. Pretty nice for the style.

Pours a very pale cloudy yellow, topped with a frothy white head. The nose is dominated by coriander and lemon. Tastewise, a firm biscuity base gives way to a light grassy hoppiness and a long dry finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

Cloudy yellow. Very little head. Coriander bomb. Flavor is loaded with coriander, some oranges and a lightly dry finish. Mediocre at best.

Light bodied. Cloudy yellow goldish color. No head and no lacing that I could tell. Banana, some spice and sweet candied sugars. Odd wit, a bit more clean then I would like in one, but okay to drink.

On tap at the brewpub on 04/19/2009. Somewhat hazy white body with a small frothy white head that rapidly diminishes. Sweet citrus and clove aroma with hints of lemon. Sweet orange peel and coriander flavor. Medium light body with moderate carbonation.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a medium head. Fair head retention and average lacing. Aroma is very yeasty and bready with a bit of pineapple, citrus and spice in the finish. Taste is bready with notes of caramel, spice and light fruit.. peach, pineapple and others. Medium bodied. Solid example of the style.

My apologies for not getting a commercial description here. Draft at brewpub. Very pale hazy yellow. Aroma of wheat and coriander. Flavor is coriander over wheat with faint orange. Decent, but couldn’t get into this one. My wife is a fan of this style as well, and she wasn’t feeling it either. But not bad by any means.
