I’ve had this a couple of times, one at the brewpub in Roseland and once at 622N in Blacksburg. Tasted neat and with syrups (blood orange or peach). This is typical Berliner Weiss with yeasty sourness and a very acid finish. The blood orange syrup that they had at Roseland was really good and matched the beer perfectly. Very nice job on this one gents.

Initial is a bit acidic,n twangy lactic acidity up front, touch of stomach acid, gentle bread, flaked wheat. Straw, gentle fruit into the middle. Some funk, dryness, more yogurty feel.
