COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale bronze beer is medium in body with intense hop flavor and aroma. Our IPA is brewed in the style of the “west coast” with robust hop character coming from American grown varieties of hops. IPA’s are amongst the most popular craft brewed beers as they have moderate strength and tons of flavor. This is not your Grandfathers beer! 5.9% alcohol by volume, 60 IBUs

12ozpoured into a pint glass. Pours a clear orange-golden color. Aromas of piny hops also get some citrus. Bitterness apparent. Hop favors are accented in this beer. Not as much malt balance as I like. Easy to drink. Mouthfeel a little light for my taste. A decent IPA

Pours gold in color with small white head. Aroma of piney hops. Taste is solid with tons of pine and citrus hops. Very nice.

12 oz bottle - pours clear gold-orange with nice, medium fluffy white head with serious lacing. Aromas of lemon, citrus, orange and cool melon on the noses. Medium-crisp bodied, touch of malt backbone, with a nicely bitter peppery finish, quite dry. Solid IPA.

Bottle. Juicy nose of grapefruit and oranges. Light bronze color, clear, small head. Citrus fruits and a hint of pepper in the finish. Long, spicy flavor lingers in the mouth. Lovely stuff.

12oz bottle, thanks to Andrew. Thin off-white head. Clear golden color. Little lace. Crisp, clean lighter carbonation. Dry finish. Great texture on this. Nice hay, grassy hop aromas. Light pine, like a forest. Very good lightly bitter taste. Intensely drinkable, yet with a satisfying flavor. Great session IPA, very enjoyable after an unnecessarily grueling hike. Well done.

A middle of the road IPA. Well balanced, but nothing too outstanding here.

Golden in color with one of those big, aggressive heads that cascades down the glass like a beer in a poster. The aroma is all hops, pine and citrus, and the taste is more of the same. A very standard IPA, nothing surprising, no rye, no malt, no ancillary flavor. You’ll like it if you like IPA, and if you don’t like IPA, this will not convert you.

Love the taste and and hoppy character coupled with a low ABV. It’s not often you find the two together.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Knækbrød, nice hoppy, amber malts, ok bitterness, fruity hoppy, pine needles, grassy, nice grape fruity, light citrus. Lovely.
