This pale bronze beer is medium in body with intense hop flavor and aroma. Our IPA is brewed in the style of the “west coast” with robust hop character coming from American grown varieties of hops. IPA’s are amongst the most popular craft brewed beers as they have moderate strength and tons of flavor. This is not your Grandfathers beer! 5.9% alcohol by volume, 60 IBUs

Bottle. Pours clear pale amber with a large white creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Quite a pungent aroma, citrus, mango, hemp, cat piss. Dank is a good word. Flavor is about the same, more subdued than aroma. Not much sweetness, medium bitterness, a bit spicy perhaps - rye? Quite light bodied.

Poured from 12 oz. bottle. Clear, bright amber with 3-finger yellow-cream head and excellent lacing. Intense aroma of pine, citrus, bread and herbal hops. Taste of pine, resin, floral hops, citrus and fruit with a bitter, herbal hop finish. A little fruity sweetness adds a modicum of balance, but very little malt flavor creeps through the bitter hops. Medium body and high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The color is a golden yellow-orange that is bright and inviting, with only a thin white film of a head because of an overly-generous pour, but the beer leaves a great amount of lacing on the glass as I emptied it. The aroma is very muted but good, with a light fruity, fresh citrus hop character being most pronounced. The flavor is more assertive, with some pine, a little citrus, and an earthy bitterness in the finish. This beer has a great mouthfeel, with a resinous, substantial body that lets the flavor linger in the finish. Overall, this is a fairly commonplace IPA without any special characteristics, but it is solid.

Draft->shaker. Pours a light amber with small white head. Aroma has hops, pine, some citrus notes. Taste is grassy and hoppy. Straight-forward IPA with no complexity. Bitter. OK but nothing special.
