This pale bronze beer is medium in body with intense hop flavor and aroma. Our IPA is brewed in the style of the “west coast” with robust hop character coming from American grown varieties of hops. IPA’s are amongst the most popular craft brewed beers as they have moderate strength and tons of flavor. This is not your Grandfathers beer! 5.9% alcohol by volume, 60 IBUs

12 oz bottle into a pint glass. A: Pours a crystal-clear golden color. This produces lots of head, about three fingers high, and shaded barely off-white. It fades to about one finger in a short time, featuring a decently frothy texture. Nice sheets of lacing are left behind. S: I note a lot of Simcoe hops, providing mango, melon, pine, and catty notes. Biscuity malt comes out the more it warms up. A good aroma, not an amazing one. T: This opens with slight mango and melon notes. Touches of biscuity malt fills out the middle, before it finishes with a moderate hop bitterness, both piny and herbal. The back end in particular offers a strange grassy bitterness to it; this quality is probably why I don’t like this more. M: Good crispness, but a bit heavy in texture. This would be quite drinkable if the herbal finish didn’t rub me the wrong way. Carbonation is non-intrusive. O: While I’m thankful to see a relatively local IPA hit the market, it just can’t compete with the heavy hitters in the style. There’s too much weird bitterness for me to love this. Not horrible, but I wouldn’t seek out again.

A dark golden color with a white head. The aroma is citrusy and herbal with some grainy notes. The flavor is quite bitter with not much malt presence. Im getting mostly lemons with maybe a hint of orange going on. Overall not bad but not very complex. Send your hop hating buddies elsewhere well unless you secretly hate them,

Flaska från Midtown Wine and Spirits, Nashville. Klar bronsfärgad med ett rikligt smutsvitt skum. Dofter av grapefrukt, karamell, malt och tall. Samma återkommer i smaken. Oljig munkänsla. Medelbeska.

Copper, clear, with a thin but dense white head. Smells clean, piney, with just a touch of malt aroma. Taste is crisp and peppery, with a good deal of pine. Long, sticky aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear golden with a small white head. Citrus and honey aroma, pretty nice. Flavor has a touch of sweet malt yielding to moderate tangerine/orange hops. Medium bodied, medium bitter. Overall good, not great. Eight point IPA? I’ll give it six or seven.

Bottle from the kangaroo gas station haha. Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head. The aroma has a lot of floral notes and quite a bit of bready nose. The taste has a light bitterness, caramel malt, a bit of citrus. Very easy drinking but more of a pale ale flavor profile.

Hazy orange - amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Thin malts bring modest sweetness. Fairly bitter orange and marmalade. Floral bitterness on the back end. Light finish brings a long strong bitter linger. Pretty bitter but decent.
