4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a good couple of inches of firm, frothy head (the beer is unfiltered, so some haze is expected). The aroma is grainy malts and the classic earthy woodsiness of Hersbrucker hops. Taste is sweet, lightly toasted malts with a good hop bite for balance rather than flavour or aroma. Medium bodied, clean, crisp and refreshing. Excellent.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy amber color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of herbal and floral hops, honey and bready malts. The taste is herbal and grapefruit hops with toasted caramel malts. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
