Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear reddish brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of chocolate, nutty notes and earthy hops. The taste is nutty notes with bitter minty, herbal hops. Medium bodied.

Tap. Medium brown with creamy head. A little hops and citrus on the nose. Nice medium bitterness and dry finish. Balanced. Med-bodied.

Tap at brewery. Pours clear brown with a medium, creamy tan head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is citrus and floral hops, caramel and toast malt, fruity esters. Flavor is malt with spicy and bitter hops, fruity esters, and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation, low warmth.
