COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A gold colored light to medium bodied beer finished with Czech Saaz hops. Brewed in a pilsner method but fermented with ale yeast. Similar to American ales brewed in the 1940’s and 1950’s.

On tap at the brewpub on 10/10/2009. Very clear golden body with a small frothy white head. Sweet Saaz and pilsener malt aroma. Sweet pilsener malt flavor with a gentle Saaz background. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.

Very fresh growler from the brewery. Pours a very lightly hazed straw yellow color with a medium sized creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma is grainy and slightly acrid with strong grassy hops. Taste is bitter grassy hops, grain and a fruity finish including bubblegum, red apple, plum. Strong bitterness. Assertive carbonation. Light-medium bodied. Good for the style.
