COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reddish hued and medium in body. The combination of rye malt & Sterling hops create a crisp snappiness. A complex & rewarding beer that shows great hops presence yet is very approachable. 4.4% abv, 40 IBUs

Orange peel nose. Clear copper medium yellow head. Grassy rosehip flavor. Thin body. Off balance, hoppy with too little backing it up. I usually prefer hop forward APAs but this needs more balance or body for the hop varieties used.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy rye, herbal notes and caramel. The taste is big spicy rye, herbal notes, caramel malts. Medium bodied.

Draft at brewpub. Poured an amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma is slightly spicy, with a nice light malt flavor to it. Really enjoyed the rye spice notes in this one. Enjoyable.

Citrus fruit, stewed peach, and caramel aromas. Honey complexion, with low retaining, off-white head. Dry and lightly bitter. Medium body, moderate carbonation with some spice, and a short, floral finish.
