COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Black color & full bodied. Complex dark malt flavors blended with fruity & spicy weizen yeast notes. The name was born from a highly evolved literary conversation; then a beer was formulated "to do it justice. Prepare to be crushed by deliciousness!"
Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a large creamy brown head. Good head retention. Aroma of toffee, raisin and a faint smokiness. The taste is toffee, raisin, banana and a mildly hoppy finish. Body is a bit thin for a doppelbock, but it turns out to be really refreshing. Nice beer.
