Aromas of smoked meat, toffee, and toast. Clear, dark red-brown, with lasting, tan head. Dry, smoky, roasty, and well-balanced by the hop bitterness. Medium bodied, very clean, carbonation is low, and the finish is smoky, leaving some malty tones afterward.
