(Sample Date: 1/17/2009 Source:Devils Backbone) Sampler at the brewery. Nice light floral hop nose. Clear straw or light golden colored. Clean fairly dry with floral hop flavor and medium bitterness. Dry clean finish. Okay.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2009 On tap at the brewpub on 01/17/2009. Clear golden body with a small off-white head. Floral hops and light caramel aroma. Sweet pale malt with light grasssy hops. Medium body with moderate carbonation. 7/3/8/3/14 - 3.5 On tap at the opening of the brewpub on 11/21/2008. Slighty hazy golden body wtih a small white head. Sweet light citrus and floral hop aroma. Sweet citrus and light caramel flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation. 7/3/7/3/15 - 3.5

Served on draft at the brewery on opening day. Pours a hazy straw color with a small head. Citrus hop aroma with some caramel notes. Taste is leafy, citrus hops with some sweet, malty notes. Medium bodied. Very nice session beer.
