On tap at the brewpub on 02/14/2010. Clear amber body with a small foamy off-white head. Sweet caramel and fruit aroma. Sweet caramel, pale malt and light fruit flavor. Full body with moderately low carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2010 Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear medium amber color with a thin frothy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is toffee with a bit of a buttery note. Taste is toffee, caramel, peach and pear like fruit notes and a bitter hoppy finish. A bit of booze as well. Smooth, full bodied.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2010 7/16/10, draft. Crystal clear amber body with beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, cherry, orange/grapefruit. Taste is sweet, caramel, boozy, cherry, some orange. Sticky full body, light acidity. (7/3/6/3/13)

2/3/10, draft. Hazy amber body topped by tan head. Aroma is moderately sweet, melon/berry, light alcohol, caramel. Taste is moderately sweet berry/melon, caramel, some alcohol. Medium-full body, light stickiness. (6/3/6/4/13)
