3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 scooter520 (81) - - MAR 26, 2012
Bottle. Appearance: very clear amber color, white head dissipating quickly. Aroma: bready, doughy, cerealy, some hints of caramel. Taste: all breadiness, cerealy light malts, maybe a slight grassy/herby hop presence at the end. Mouthfeel: relatively thin, little carbonation. Overall: not really my style; definitely more of an ale guy and I don’t have enough lager experience yet to get too critical...definitely drinkable...like a slightly more flavorful Yuengling which is my go to cheap beer.

Nice toasted, caramel malt, nut and bread.
A tad thin for my liking, but it was an easy, non offensive brew.
