Pours a clear golden brown on tap with dissipating off-white head that leaves light lace. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, and clean yeast esters. Taste is less of the caramel, more of the yeast, clean and easy. Decent stuff, good for a lager.

Six-pack of bottles in various glasses over several weeks. Matches the brewers deScription. Sweet and malty. Just shiny of coppery taste I don’t care for but otherwise a decent beer.

BOD 8/7/15. Pours a clear medium amber with a garnet cast. Normal head volume, lacing and retention. Very light nose of biscuit with a bit of caramel. Light body with a semi-smooth texture. Perfect carbonation with a strong effervescent burst in the middle and a finely bubbled rollicking finish. The flavor profile is outstanding. This is crisp and stays crisp throughout the entire palate. It begins with a toasted biscuit with a fair amount of graininess. The middle delivers a mild bitterness and a bit of herbal noble hop flavor. From the middle on, a subtle sweetness rolls around underneath - much like the nose, biscuit with a caramel note. The crisp finish is an effervescent explosion that leaves you with a grainy toasty lingering bitterness.

Pours a clear, dark golden orange color with apricot colored edges and a one finger, frothy white head. Nice retention, only slowly settling into a thick, lasting ring. Spotty lacing left behind. Floral aroma with grassy hops, straw and earth followed by pale malt, subtle spice and light fruit notes. Spicy, peppery hops with oil-y resins and pine along with bread, biscuit, grass, straw and subtle light fruit. Faint hints of apple and pear presence in the nose. An aromatic spicy hop presence elevates the aroma to above average. Clean and crisp with a spicy hop bite that lingers over the yeast, pale malt and light fruit notes into a spicy, dry finish. Slightly peppery with crisp earthy hops. Somewhat floral with dank pine needle and grass followed by bread, biscuit, pilsner malt and light fruit notes. There’s some nice apple and pear sweetness comlimenting the biscuit malts and crisp hop bitterness. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. Nothing too out of the ordinary but surprisingly flavorful and quite drinkable.

Pours a somewhat cloudy copper color with a thin white head that lingers nicely and a thin amount of lacing. The Aroma is a bit earthy with touch of melted caramel. Taste has nothing seriously wrong with it but nothing to brag about either, contains touches of caramel and molasses with a touch of spice a bit thin and watery. the finish lingers with a bit of pepperiness. Over all not bad.

Mild spiced aroma. Grains and citrus presnt in the flavor, but both are very mild. Slightly carbonated finish.
