Bottle pours clear amber with just off-white thin head. Toasty, bready aroma. Malty sweetness up front, minimal hop flavor, mild bitterness. Caramel and toast from malt. Easy to drink, flavorful, albeit on the malty side of the spectrum.

This is definitely one of the best Vienna-style lagers Iíve had! This ranks right up there with Weeping Radishís Fest. This beer pours an amber color with a modest beige head. The head didnít lace around the glass a whole lot, though. The nose was full of caramel malt, light hops, grass, lemon and bread. The flavors really followed suit, containing a lot of great flavors of caramel, sweet malt, grassy hops, lemon, bread, rye, butterscotch and an earthy fruitiness.

Drank from a 500ml pint glass poured from a twelve ounce bottle, thank you Bjorn. Nice sweet, malty aroma. pours a beautiful light copper/golder color. Nice flavors, does not have the "sawdust" flavor that some Viennas have. Good brew.

From a bottle, here in the library.
Pours a lightly hazy orange color with a medium sized head.

The aroma is lightly sweet with some toasty malt and a bit of herbal hoppiness.

The flavor is rich and clean with a nice herbal and floral bitterness. Itís got a little bit of caramel and a little bit of lightly toasted bread. Itís a little bit fruity and the bitterness lingers nicely.

Very enjoyable

Amber in color, clear with an off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, a bit of vanilla and hints of fruit. Flavors of toast, nuts, plums and hints of vanilla.

Translucent copper with foamy beige head. Creamy but crisp with moderately high carbonation.

Aroma: sharp toasty malt, faint floral hops, fresh wort.

Taste: rich bready malt, faint floral hops, clean toasty finish.

Seems very accurate to style.

Poured copper in color with a thin head. Aroma of light caramel malt, cereal, straw, and a bit nutty. Light body but itís just what Iím looking for here. Really easy to drink. Much respect for this classic style.

I enjoy beer. I like trying new beers whenever possible. I think that most of the reviews have the tone of someone more concerned with impressing beer snobs than giving an objective opinion about the beer. (I will post the same comment with every review) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
