COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Back from the dead. Last winter’s imperial stout has been gently aging on oak and apple wood for seven months. Hints of whisky, vanilla and chocolate abound in this rich sipping beer. Only one keg made. 35 IBU.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a dark brown color with a medium head. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and oak. Taste is roasted malts, wood/oak, apple, cherry, vanilla, chocolate and very faint maple. Soft carbonation, alchohol well hidden, medium-full bodied.
