kwoeltje (1205), Manchester, Missouri, USA May 3, 2008 (draught at Maker Faire) deep amber with small head. Mild malt aroma. Flavor is caramel malt with some hops for balance. Delirium (428), Santa Cruz, California, USA Jun 22, 2007 Updated: Jun 24, 2007Draught at Alice’s on Skyline Blvd. as "Mountain Ale". Pours slightly cloudy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet and fresh citrus, with a bit of floral hops. Flavor is mostly malt, though not over the top, again with some fresh citrus, and a little tiny bit of bittering hops. Pretty decent for an amber ale. aspidites (1268), manteca, California, USA May 20, 2007 Lots of iced tea and caramel in the nose. Again iced tea on the palate with some hull astringency. Lingering grainy finish. rmussman (688), California, USA Mar 29, 2007 Sampled in PA at the Fish Market. It pours nicely and has a thin lacey head. Appearance is rather dark brown. Mouthfeel is nice and smooth yet flavor is a little lacking of any real strength. Worth a try.
