Cask, gravity, at Cambridge Beer Festival ’09. The Devil’s Dyke of the brewery title is the East Anglian one rather than the Sussex version. Reddish amber. Glorious sweet marmalade malt aroma with a beguiling and evocative yeasty dustiness, which wins a rare 9. Malty taste has mandarin orange, marzipan and a mid bitter finish. Top notch sessioner.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Criterion, Leicester. An amber coloured beer with a slightly fruity aroma and hints if sweetness. The taste is sweet with some fruit and nut. A pretty decent solid drinking English bitter.
