Cask at SRAF ’11. Reddish copper with a bubbly head. Good nose - cider, red fruit, burnt toffee. Taste is disappointing though. Slightly watery with a hint of fruit but it never really takes hold. Reasonably juicy finish.

bottle at cloisters ... dark amber ... light toffee nose ... sweet toffee ... little metalic ... light toffee ... sweet ... simple but nice enough

Cask, Loughborough Fest 10. Bronze in colour with an off-white head. Aromas are toffee and citrus with bready yeast. Flavours are weetabix malts with thin berries. Some citrus. Boring and merely OK.

NOt very strong, but interesting in flavour. Very bubbling in head and dark in colour. NOt annoyingly bitter.
