Bottle. Orange gold with carbonation. Aromas are sweet ripe apple with some citrus acidicy following. Flavours are sweet ,earthy sweet apple with sugar. Dry and soft on the finish. Perhaps I should have had it with ice, afterall.

Bottle 568ml.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, fizzy to frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, riped apples, overripped apples, vanilla notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110615]

Bottled. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, mild wooden notes and some slight tart notes. Flavour is apples, some sweet notes, but still quite dry wooden as well. A quite pleasant cider, but could have more depth.

Rather a lurid orange-gold colour. Pleasant apple skin aroma. Some sweetness at the front, but the overall impression is of acidic sourness. It’s quite drinkable.
