COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Chucker” Brown Ale is an easy-drinking medium-bodied Irish-style Brown Ale. Four varieties of malted barley provide the beer with a mahogany color and a deep rich flavor. Hints of cocoa, dates, biscuits and toasted almonds hit the taste buds, while the malty, sweet finish is balanced by a smooth bitterness, subtle fruitiness and a easy hop aroma.

Small pour on tap at the brewpub (Three Oaks, MI). Pours a nice darker amber hue, touches of brown, some glow shines from the edges, a frothy tannish head laces well. A touch of darkness in it. Aromas are touches of toast, caramel, some lighter brown malts. Touches of cocoa, and dark fruit. Faint earthy hops mix with mellow sweetness, roast. Initial is medium bodied, a touch lighter offering some touches of carmelization, brown malts, faint brown sugar, and toffee. Some touches of dry toffee, dry florals, grass. A decent carmelization, dryness. Finish is crisp caramel and dry floral and earthy hops. No real cocoa, a touch of dark fruit that is faint. It’s simple, but enjoyable.
