Cor âmbar. Espuma boa e persistente. Aroma herbal...bem lupulado. Paladar fortemente identificado o lúpulo americano. Retrogosto amargo.

Pours golden-amber with a massive head, even too much of it. Excessive secondary fermentation in the bottle? Aroma has some hop freshness, also something watery-herbal - if that makes any sense. Taste is bitingly bitter, not resinous, not fruity, just bitter. Medicinal. Just a bit of malt base but really unbalanced towards hops. Aftertaste also - just bitterness. Can probably drink this but not really enjoying it. I remember having it in the past - actually not sure if it felt similar or not.

Pours clear, dark amber with a thick and frothy buff head. Aroma is hoppy with malty and fruity underpinnings. Flavor is hoppy, a little fruity, a little malty. Nothing special, but enjoyable. Mouthfeel has decent body if not a lot of fizz, and leaves a hoppy and resiny finish. Go on, hop on.

330ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. Amber brown, reasonable head, pretty bottle. Boiled sweet hop aroma. Vanilla grain hop flavour. Bitter sweet aftertaste. This is much better than the other ratings here suggest.

Bottle, which nearly exploded when I opened it. Pours a very cloudy amber color with a large pillowy light tan head on there. Nose is of stale grass and really old hops - of course, I got this at a Total Wine, so that should be no shock. Taste is bitter and somewhat stale, with little of substance to grab onto.

Bottle from bhensonb. Pours orange amber with a thick white head and a light citrus aroma. There is a strange fruity pale malt flavor with a harsh bitter finish.

A cloudy amber colour with a tight white head that persisted from pouring to the bottom of the glass. Aromas of peaches, nectarine, pears and grapefruit, along with some herbal grassiness. The flavour is mellow and fruitful, elegant in its restraint but still well within style. Some healthy bitterness there and quite well balanced. A lovely drop but not an IPA to set the world afire... but I liked it.

Bottle in a mixed case from the Woodland CostCo. Pours cloudy amber with a slight, transient beige head. Aroma is light fruity hop over caramel. Fruit sweet, sort of. Near full bodied. Flavor is fruit, and something like toffee. It’s bitter, and headed well towards dry. The flavor is hard for me to describe, but I thinking green plant life might do. Yet it is quite drinkable, just not what I’m used to. Maybe there’s a little diacetyl. Enough. Far from drain pour.

Cloudy light orange hue. Overly bitter, and not balanced out too well. Very small head which dissipates quickly. Even though I don’t care for it too much, I wish I would have stumbled across this when i was in mexico! Their lagers got old quickly!
