11.2 oz bottle, thanks brenn79. Aroma is doughy, chalky, bready--pretty muted. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a medium white head with good retention. Taste starts out sweet before turning bitter. No real hop characteristics other than the bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy, body medium. Not bad, much better than the first time I tried it. It’s nice to see Mexico producing good beer!

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Drunk as alias DOA IPA. Hazy copper, decent off-white head with good retention. Aroma is zesty and slightly metallic. Fairly simple flavours; citrus, cereal, pine, a little caramel. Body is reasonably light for the style and abv, could perhaps do with a little more body but that’s being picky. Simple and enjoyable if not stand-out.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrus, hops and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hops aftertaste. Average overall.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle into Teku glass. Looks very nice, clear golden, nice fluffy head, fading. Somewhat earthy, malty, slight pine on the nose. Slight sweet caramel coming through on the palate, bitter and dry, grainy, kind of harsh finish. Would like to try pairing it with a carbonara pasta for some reason. Not something I’d buy again to drink by itself I think - although a fresher bottle might lift the hop profile?

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
5.9% on the bottle. Oxidised. At least it has some hop bitterness but it is an unpleasant almost capsicum taste. Not nice

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pour is a murky orange with a small white head. Aroma does have some pine hop along with a sticky caramel malt. Flavor is more of the sticky sweet caramel malt with a berry and minty hop. Finish is thick but a little hop is left on the tongue. This was ok. Hops came out more than I thought they would.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a golden color with aromas of light citrus and some pine. Flavors were the same not overly hoppy, feint flavors, a little disappointing.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle as DOA IPA at The Antelope in Surbiton. Mexican craft beer is a new one for me I think. Nothing too complex here but some pleasant piney hops punching through toffee sweetness. Nice stuff.
