Hazy yellow color , with normal white head, but not so big as in german weizen. strong aroma of banana and wheat. Sweet taste of banana with bit of coriander. Not very good but decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an orange gold color. Slight soft orange citrus aroma with a hint of coriander and hay. Clean tasting with toasty malt and coriander notes. Overall, not too bad but I’m not a big fan of Hefe’s to begin with...

Pours a coppery orange with a medium white head. Aroma of over ripe bananas and flowers. Tastes of wheat and banana. Slightly watery palate. A nice beer but not amazing.

0.355l bottle. Pours with a tiny bit hazy light orange body and a thin white head. The aroma and the taste are very similar. Both have notes of ripe banana, cloves, medicine and bubble gum. More like a kristallweizen than a hefe. Not bad though.

330MLS bottle. Gold pour, yeast cake left in bottle. Aroma of ripened banana. Tastes of corn meal. Borning, not a REAL hefe. (4234)

12oz bottle - The beer pours out a light copper body, hazy with a fluffy 1" white cap. Aroma is grass clippings, clove, banana, light bubblegum...very nice. Flavor is aggressively spiced, which I really enjoyed. Citrus, banana, fresh dough is also quite prominent but it’s nicely spiced. Really, really a nice beer.

Pours hazy orange with a large off-white head. Smells of banana and hints of bubblegum. Taste is subtle spice, hints of sweetness. Light-bodied with a wet texture and average mouth-carbonation, Dia de Los Muertos Immortal Beloved Hefeweizen finishes with a soft, lingering sweetness.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Nearly clear, dark orange. Minimal head. Clove. Brown sugar. Light spice. Hint of ripe banana. Taste is light sweet. Some spicy dryness. Soft, light chew on the palate. Finishes spicy dry, with a sweetness on the close.

Bottle from Hy Vee in South Sioux City, NE. Pale orange pour - very slightly hazy. Getting banana and a hint of spice in the nose. Also getting a hint of tomato, but not enough to totally screw it up. Taste is okay as well. First reasonably drinkable beer I’ve had from this brewer.
